Note: I finally installed 7.4.4, but used 7.4.8 Patch files

After installing MathType first, don't copy the PATCH file to the installation path so that MathType can detect and remove this file.
Correct approach: Any location in the outside, right-click Administrator's identity (need to re-change the way to try multiple times), any manual find the MathType installation path, select MathType.exe, after confirmation. It was found that there were more Bak files under the original installation path. At this time, it has been successfully solved.
